These terms govern your use of Alertis, a personal notification service operated by Two Women and an Acre LLC ("Alertis," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Alertis lets you set your own alert conditions and notifies you by SMS and/or email when they're met.
Alerts are not guaranteed to be real-time. Delivery depends on our data feeds, our alert-checking schedule, and your carrier or email provider, any of which can introduce delay. Do not rely on Alertis alerts for time-sensitive decisions.
Alertis reports on conditions you've configured, it does not analyze, recommend, or endorse any particular course of action. Nothing in the service constitutes professional, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on Alertis alerts.
If you opt in to SMS at signup, you'll receive account notifications and the alerts you configure by text message. Message frequency depends on your alert setup, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through PayPal. You can change or cancel your plan from your profile page at any time, cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. We never see or store your card or bank details, PayPal handles all payment processing directly.
Don't use Alertis to violate any law, interfere with the service's operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
You can delete your account and its data at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Alertis is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability of price data or alert delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Women and an Acre LLC is not liable for any losses, missed alerts, or other damages arising from your use of Alertis or reliance on its alerts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Alertis after a change means you accept the updated terms.
